As a young person either still in education or about to leave in to the world of work, it can get a bit confusing and stressful starting to think about your next step which is most likely going to be your first step towards your career.

This usually isn’t made any easier with all of the information and advice from everyone around including your school and your parents; who may want totally different things for you, or maybe they want the same thing for you but that’s totally different to what you want.

With all that going on we understand how helpful it is if you’ve got someone impartial to speak to in confidence about your career ideas and aspirations; which is exactly what the National Careers Service Advisers offer.

They have set up a dedicated team of people who’s job is to help you out in deciding, and preparing for either your first interview, first job, or career change. The service is free and easy to use; their advisers are reachable via either Web-chat, Phone, Email or Call-Back aswell as the option to book an appointment to see one face-to-face at your nearest NCS office, or get simple advice via text.

This is such a useful service for young people like you who aren’t totally sure what you want to pursue as a career, or maybe you have an idea but don’t know where to start on making it a reality.
