We are looking for apprentices who want to learn and grow in a leading business, you’ll be learning from the best and given responsibility as you go through your training.
You will work on all sections of the kitchen in rotation learning from the CDP’s who lead those areas.
-You will become responsible in time to run those sections in the CDP’s absence
-You will be heavily involved in technically challenging prep in all areas
-Ensure food hygiene and health and safety regulations are followed at all times from correct food labelling and temperature checks to the operation and cleaning of dangerous equipment
