We are a very 'distributed organisation', with a small central operations centre in Marlow, Bucks, supporting a workforce of mainly home-based researchers and sales people, based in many different countries.
We are at the data and research-end of the marketing spectrum. We harvest intelligence and work closely with the sales departments within our clients, helping them to understand their markets, build relationships and meet their sales targets.
For this we need good administrators, researchers, data managers, protect managers and campaign specialists. To support our Account Managers, our clients and our international workforce of remote researchers in the delivery of timely, accurate reports and data on all campaign activity
First port of call for all incoming phone calls to be answered in a professional and courteous manner, forwarding calls and taking messages where necessary
Monitoring and administering answer phone, forwarding on messages where necessary
Administering Whitesky – Adding new Sales Developer profiles, resolving timesheet issues, generating reports, training new starters
Support Account Managers with data management – Compiling and analyzing daily results, QA and generation of Lead Alert PDFs
To participate in market targeting strategy where campaigns demand
Any other task in an assisting/supporting role that may be required.
Experience / Qualifications
Good A Levels or Degree in marketing, IT or business (or similar) desirable.
Experience with Administration / Office Management / Data Manipulation
A problem-solving, enquiring, self-motived attitude and keenness to hit deadlines and exceed expectations
Excellent verbal and written communication, numeracy and literacy
Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel.
CRM software experience useful, notably Salesforce.com and Microsoft Dynamics
Office located in Marlow, Buckinghamshire
9am – 5:30pm
