Job Description

To support our Account Managers, our clients and our international workforce of remote researchers in the delivery of timely, accurate reports and data on all campaign activity
 First port of call for all incoming phone calls to be answered in a professional and courteous manner, forwarding calls and taking messages where necessary
 Monitoring and administering answer phone, forwarding on messages where necessary
 Administering Whitesky – Adding new Sales Developer profiles, resolving timesheet issues, generating reports, training new starters
 Support Account Managers with data management – Compiling and analyzing daily results, QA and generation of Lead Alert PDFs
 To participate in market targeting strategy where campaigns demand

 Any other task in an assisting/supporting role that may be required.

Experience / Qualifications
 Good A Levels or Degree in marketing, IT or business (or similar) desirable.
 Experience with Administration / Office Management / Data Manipulation

Skills Required
 A problem-solving, enquiring, self-motived attitude and keenness to hit deadlines and exceed expectations
 Excellent verbal and written communication, numeracy and literacy
 Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel.
 CRM software experience useful, notably and Microsoft Dynamics

Work Environment
 Office located in Marlow, Buckinghamshire
 9am – 5:30pm
 Monday – Friday
 Small number of people in the office, high energy sales environment
