Job Description

We are looking for technical apprentices to start their career at ANT. You will work with the latest technologies and applications to keep workers safe and plants running.

We are looking for motivated young people with an interest in technology and an understanding of good customer service.

We will train you to work on our solutions with our customers such as Diageo, Mars, Pepsico, SSE, Howdens, Smurfit Kappa and many other small and large organisations.

Sales and customer service skills are essential in every industry and nearly every job. Having these skills improve your value and therefore your career prospects. As an apprentice with ANT we will assist you to develop these skills and help with gaining your first experience in dealing with customers.

During your apprenticeship, you will speak to, visit and assist existing clients, but also find new prospects and turn them into loyal customers. You will prepare and hold presentations and demonstrations and dependant on your abilities and progress will work with your own prospects and customers.

You will work on exciting projects, research new markets, develop new strategies and solutions and be part of the decision-making process within ANT. You will work independently on your own projects, but also be part of a team for other projects.

After successfully completing the apprenticeship you will be offered a role as a sales manager with an attractive salary, benefits and commission and your own sales area to develop.
This role is a mix between account management (40%) and new business development (60%). As an account manager, the sales person would have to keep regular contact with customers and the responsible staff and influencers in different positions and locations.
