Job Description

Proud pioneers of innovative technology, Silverson are passionate about investing in tomorrow’s engineers and as part of this have set an exciting engineering challenge for enthusiastic year 10 students. Selected students will work alongside the Silverson apprentices for 4 days to build a real machine based on supplied drawings, although tweaks and improvements will be encouraged! It is essential that applicants are resourceful, innovative, technical and practical. Once made, the machines will then be subjected to creative tests to ascertain which one is the most robust and/or performs best.
